Planted in small terraces, the vineyards reach an altitude of 380 m. We look for low grape production, harvesting the grapes manually when each variety is in its optimal ripening state.

S. XVII COUNTRY HOUSE

Surrounded by vineyards right in the middle of the rural property, we produce the wine in our home, Cal Gori. In a small refurbished wine cellar we have created the perfect conditions for the grapes to transform into wine, with careful observation throughout the entire process.

limited production

We enjoy taking part in every stage of the production of our wine as it makes its journey from the vineyard to the bottle, and for that reason, our production is limited. The conscious work done with authochthonous varieties and the organic agriculture, allow us to be part of a well-balanced ecosystem.
